This is the June 2025 Issues Group meeting where we will be discussing the below new issues:

Review of DCC Maintenance Activities and Temporary Additional Allowance – This proposal has been raised by David Rollason from the Data Communications Company (DCC). The DCC is required to Maintain DCC Systems to avoid Service Disruption. This includes completing Planned and Unplanned Maintenance activities to ensure vital components are running, are up to date, are reliable and secure. This proposal is looking to review best practice with regards to the purposes of Unplanned Maintenance, consider opportunities to manage increasing change volumes in a controlled way until the new DSP is delivered and the impacts of maintenance activities outside of the current definition of Planned and Unplanned Maintenance.
