Ofgem requires the SEC Panel to submit an assessment of how the DCC performed each Regulatory Year and as such, you are invited to provide input to help evaluate the DCC’s performance in Customer Engagement.
Additionally, the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) is seeking views on the DCC’s performance for the Baseline Margin Project Performance Adjustment (BMPPA) scheme 4G Communication Hubs (CH). Your feedback is important to ensure a fair assessment of the DCC’s performance.
The assessment and consultation is split into two parts:
- Part 1 covers the Ofgem Operational Performance Regime (OPR); and
- Part 2 focuses on DESNZ’s Baseline Margin Project Performance Adjustment (BMPPA) scheme 4G Communication Hubs (CH).
