The SEC Panel has an obligation to assess the DCC Performance in managing the Enduring Change of Supplier (ECoS) programme and to provide that assessment to DESNZ. This process enables DESNZ to determine how much margin the DCC may retain in relation to the ECoS programme. DESNZ will review the SEC Panel assessment alongside a similar self-assessment from the DCC and determine a final position.

Ahead of this assessment, SECAS on behalf of the SEC Panel has created a survey here, to collate your views on how well you believe the DCC managed and engaged with you during the ECoS programme. Your input is greatly valued and will help the SEC Panel determine its response to DESNZ in the New Year.

Please note responses to the survey is limited to one per SEC Party and required by 5pm on 30 October 2024.
If you have any question about the survey, please reach out to the SECAS Helpdesk.
