A Party may voluntarily cease to be a Party of the SEC by indicating a date it wishes to withdraw. The Panel will agree that the Party can withdraw which will take effect from the date notified.
If the Party holds a SECCo Share this will be returned.
Energy Licence holders must remain as SEC Parties until their licences are revoked.
