Has the meaning given to that expression in Section I2.24 (The User Privacy Self-Assessment Report).
Section I2.24 set out that following the completion of a Privacy Self-Assessment, the Other User which carried out that self-assessment shall as soon as reasonably practicable produce a written report (a “Privacy Self-Assessment Report”) which shall set out the findings of the Other User, and describe the nature of any material change, since the last occasion on which a Privacy Assessment was carried out in respect of the Other User by the Independent Privacy Auditor.
