Means a statement of that name developed by the DCC in accordance with Condition 17 of the DCC Licence.
In accordance with Condition 17 of the DCC Licence (and notwithstanding any other provision of this
Section H5), the DCC is not obliged to Commission Communications Hub Functions (or therefore to
Enrol Smart Metering Systems) where it is exempted from the requirement to do so in accordance with
a Statement of Service Exemptions.
