Has the meaning given to that expression in Section L9.3 (the SMKI Document Set).

For the purposes of this Section L, the “SMKI Document Set” means:
(a) the SMKI SEC Documents;
(b) the Device CPS;
(c) the Organisation CPS; and
(d) the IKI CPS.
