Means the DCC when carrying out the role and activities ascribed to a SMETS1 Service Provider in this Code; and where the DCC relies on the services of more than one DCC Service Provider for the purposes of carrying out that role and those activities, it shall be treated as being a separate SMETS1 Service Provider to the extent of its reliance on the services of each such DCC Service Provider.
