Has the meaning given to that expression at Section H16.15 (Definition).

Means, in respect of a Smart Metering System of a particular type,
that a Supplier Party does or will, on a regular basis, send
communications to and receive communications from that Smart
Metering System by means of the DCC’s Communications Services.
