has the meaning given to that expression in Schedule 4.

Schedule 4 says – Smart Energy Code Company Limited (registered in England and Wales with company number 08430267) (“SECCo”) has been established on behalf of the Parties in order to fulfil the Objective (as defined below), and in doing so will act as the contracting body for the Panel. SECCo performs and complies with all its obligations under this Code (including without limitation this Schedule) and complies with the restrictions (if any) imposed on it by the Articles;
