Has the meaning given to that expression in Section G10.2 (Meaning of Shared Resources).
For the purposes of this Part G, a “Shared Resource Provider” shall mean any Party which makes
available Shared Resources to one or more Users, for use by them or on their behalf, in accordance with
any agreement entered into or arrangement made with each such User.
