the “Relevant Subscriber” means, where a Recovery Event has occurred, the Subscriber for an
Organisation Certificate or OCA Certificate which has been (or is suspected of having been)
Compromised as the result of an (actual or suspected) Compromise to the Relevant Private Key
which gave rise to the Recovery Event;
