Means an identification number allocated to a Party by the Code Administrator pursuant to Section B1.17 (Party IDs), which uniquely identifies that Party under the Code.

On an Applicant acceding to this Code and becoming a Party, the Panel shall as soon as reasonably
practicable thereafter issue to it a Party Signifier.
