The Licensee must within 28 days (except where the Central Delivery Body agrees to a
longer period or where the Authority otherwise consents) of receipt of a request from
the Central Delivery Body to do so, offer to enter into an agreement for the provision of
Market Share Information (Market Information Agreement).
