Independent S1SPKM Assurance Service Provider

Has the meaning given to that expression in the S1SPKM Compliance Policy (DCC: Duty to Procure Independent Assurance Services).

The DCC shall do all such things as may be reasonably requested by the SMKI PMA, or by any person
acting on behalf of or at the request of the SMKI PMA (including in particular the Independent S1SPKM
Assurance Service Provider), for the purposes of facilitating an assessment of the DCC’s compliance
with any applicable requirements of the S1SPKM Document Set.
