In Home Display [IHD]

Means a device provided (or to be provided) at a premises, which is either a SMETS1 IHD; or: (a) consists of the components or other apparatus identified in; and (b) as a minimum, has the functional capability specified by and complies with the other requirements of, a Version of the IHD Technical Specification which was within its Installation Validity Period on the date on which the device was provided, and which a User acting in the role of Import Supplier or Gas Supplier has joined, or is seeking to join, to an Electricity Smart Meter or Gas Proxy Function (as applicable).
