The Finance Sub Committee (FSC) is established under section C6 of the Smart Energy Code (SEC).
The FSC provides a structured forum for the Data Communications Company (DCC) to engage with SEC Parties on commercially sensitive matters, particularly where Party input is needed to inform DCC decision making.
