This is an internal DCC reference given to track any change being proposed to the DCC Systems, which is then used to track with the Service Providers. This relates to providing a modification a unique reference number, so too does DCC for any proposal to amend DCC Systems. Such changes could be linked to SEC modifications, to BEIS-led work, or to internal DCC proposals.
