Data Communications Company Key Infrastructure Certification Practice Statement

Section L13.38 sets out that the Data Communications Company Key Infrastructure CPS shall be a document which:
(a) sets out the policies and procedures of the Data Communications Company designed to ensure that it will comply with the requirements of the Data Communications Company Key Infrastructure Certificate Policy;
(b) incorporates the detailed operating procedures to be used by the Data Communications Company for the purposes of its compliance with the requirements of that Policy;
(c) incorporates such other provisions as may be required by or in accordance with that Policy or any other part of the Code;
(d) is reviewed by the Smart Meter Key Infrastructure Policy Management Authority to assess whether it is appropriate for these purposes; and
(e) is approved by the individual(s) carrying out the Data Communications Company Key Infrastructure PMA Functions as being appropriate for these purposes.
