The DCC shall establish, give effect to, maintain and comply with arrangements, to be known as the ”
DCC Independent Security Assessment Arrangements”, which shall:
(a) have the purpose specified in Section G9.2; and
(b) make provision for the DCC to take the actions specified in Section G9.3.
