Means all of the Conditions of this Licence, including any Price Control Conditions and any other condition however described that has effect in it, and includes any Schedule to this Licence (but does not include any of the Terms in Respect of Grant or Terms in Respect of Revocation set out in Parts 1 and 2 respectively of this Licence).
