Is defined in Section D8.1 (Establishment of the Change Board).

The Panel shall establish a Sub-Committee as described in this Section D8, to be known as the Change
Board. Save as expressly set out in this Section D8, the Change Board shall be subject to the provisions
concerning Sub-Committees set out in Section C6 (Sub-Committees).
