Following the publication of Ofgem’s publication on the future of the Centralised Registration Service (CRS), otherwise known as Switching, and initial analysis of consultation responses, Ofgem has issued the survey here to REC and SEC Parties in order to receive further insight into industry’s views surrounding the costs and benefits as well as the risks if responsibility for the CRS was removed from the DCC Licence and transferred to the Retail Energy Code.

Please complete the survey by 19 September 2024.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss any of the survey questions, please contact louise.burns@ofgem.gov.uk.
