The Trust Centre Swap Out (TCSO) Issues Resolution Group (TIRG) is a temporary sub-group of the SEC Operations Group (OPSG). The TIRG will be an OPSG sub-group which will consider the issues contained in the TCSO Issues Log, triage the issues and identify an appropriate Panel Sub-Committee to resolve the issue. The TIRG will also own the process of adding new issues to the TCSO Issues Log. The sub-group will resolve operational issues on the TCSO Issues log and own all issues on the log.
On 22 July 2024, OPSG agreed to the terms of reference for the TIRG. OPSG have decided that membership of the group is open to all SEC Parties, however membership will have to be approved by OPSG and will be entirely at their discretion. OPSG also agreed to have monthly meetings, starting in September, with a date to be agreed by the OPSG once membership has been established.
We are requesting that any Parties who are interested in attending TIRG with an eye to resolving the TCSO issues register their interest by responding to this email (SEC@seccoltd.com).
In your response, could you please set out your interest and knowledge of TCSO, noting that the Terms of Reference stipulates that members of the TIRG are required to have an appropriate level of knowledge of the TCSO and the related processes to enable TIRG members to make a positive contribution during the TIRG meetings.
The deadline to express interest in becoming a Member of the TIRG is 12 noon on Wednesday 14 August 2024.
If you have any questions about the TIRG please contact SECAS at SEC@seccoltd.com or Christopher Thompson at christopher.thompson@talan.com
