The SEC is setting up a new temporary subgroup under the SEC Operations Group (OPSG) called the Future Service Management (FSM) Readiness Group. This group will assess FSM Go‑Live readiness by reviewing the Live Services Criteria report and User Testing defects. The Testing Advisory Group (TAG) will feed its testing outcomes and views into the FSM Readiness Group.
Purpose: The FSM Readiness Group will provide a focused environment for engagement between the Data Communications Company (DCC) and SEC Parties throughout FSM User Testing and go‑live.
Decision‑making: The FSM Readiness Group will not be a decision‑making body. Instead, it will make recommendations to the OPSG. The group will remain active until the OPSG determines otherwise. The draft Terms of Reference are currently under review by the OPSG and will be shared with interested members.
Expertise: We are seeking SEC Party representatives with operational, technical and/or testing expertise. There is no limit to the number of attendees or participants per organisation; however, we ask that members can contribute meaningfully to discussions to support the group’s recommendations to the OPSG. Membership will be approved by the OPSG.
Express your interest: The FSM Readiness Group will hold its first meeting before the end of February 2026. If you wish to participate, please confirm your interest no later than 17:00 on Thursday, 19 February 2026 or let us know if you have any questions by responding to this email via SEC@seccoltd.com.
