DESNZ has today published a document that further concludes on the December 2023 consultation on Smart Meters connected to the DCC via the internet. It also sets out, and invites comments on proposals for the wider policy framework for such smart metering systems. Annex 2 to the covering letter which sets out the associated “consumer journeys” is published separately here.
Responses should be sent to smartmetering@energysecurity.gov.uk by 17:00 on 28 February 2025.
