DESNZ has today, 28 July 2025, published a consultation on the first version of the Virtual WAN Transition Document which primarily deals with the arrangements for ordering Virtual WAN Communications Hubs in advance of Soft Launch in January 2026. Views are also invited in the initial version of the WAN Selection Arrangements for Soft Launch (which set out how the VWCH selects between communication via the SM WAN and the Internet).
