On 4 September 2025, the DCC submitted to the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero the draft Decommissioning Timetable proposing to decommission the Middle Operating Capability (MOC) (Secure) cohort Requesting Party service on 28 September 2025.
The Secretary of State approved the proposed Decommissioning Timetable on 19 September 2025. Please find the approval letter here. . The DCC has now published the final Decommissioning Timetable, as per Clause 7 of SEC Appendix AL – Transition and Migration Approach Document (TMAD), and provided it to the Department today on 19 September 2025 here.
