On 24 March 2023, the DCC submitted to the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero the draft Decommissioning Timetable proposing to decommission the Final Operating Capability (FOC) (NP) cohort Requesting Party service on 9 April 2023.
The Secretary of State approved the proposed Decommissioning Timetable on 5 April 2023. Please find the approval letter here. The DCC has now published the final Decommissioning Timetable, as per Clause 7 of SEC Appendix AL – Transition and Migration Approach Document (TMAD), and provided it to the Department today on 5 April 2023 here.
