Today, 15 November 2024, the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero (DESNZ) issued a consultation on the second SEC Appendix AV – CPA Transition Approach Document (CPA TAD), which proposes arrangements for managing ongoing smart metering device evaluations following appointment of the new CPA Scheme Operator.

The consultation on and proposed legal drafting for the second version of the CPA TAD can be downloaded here.

Responses are invited by 17.00 on 8 January 2025 via smartmetering@energysecurity.gov.uk
