The Government invites responses from stakeholders to a consultation on a proposed Baseline Margin Project Performance Adjustment (BMPPA) Scheme under Schedule 1 of Condition 38 of the DCC Licence for the DCC’s implementation of the Smart Metering Key Infrastructure (SMKI) programme.
The aim of the Scheme is to incentivise the DCC with regards to the timeliness and quality of the SMKI service, through determining how much margin it may retain with reference to such criteria.
The consultation provides more detail on the draft BMPPA scheme, annexes and how to respond.
