The Department for Energy Security & Net Zero has published its response to its 14 November 2025 consultation on its minded to position on the Baseline Margin Project Performance Assessment Scheme (BMPPA Scheme) for the Enduring Change of Supplier (ECOS) Arrangements on Thursday, 5 February 2026.
