SEC version 83.0 comes into effect today, 9 January 2024, to re-designate a new version of SEC Appendix AQ – ‘SEC Variation Testing Approach Document for the CH&N Arrangements (CH&N SVTAD)’ pursuant to Clause 3.1(b).

On 25 September 2023, the DCC consulted on changes to the CH&N SVTAD to accommodate DCC’s multi-release approach, details of which are set out in the consultation document.
The consultation period ran from 25 September 2023 to 03 November 2023. DCC presented a conclusions report to the Secretary of State, along with an amended CH&N SVTAD following this consultation, on 21 December 2023, pursuant to Clause 3.1(b) of the CH&N SVTAD. DCC’s conclusions in light of this consultation have been published on the DCC website.
