On 8 April 2022, the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) issued its response to a consultation on changes to the Baseline Margin Project Performance Adjustment (BMPPA) Scheme for the Enduring Change of Supplier (ECoS) Arrangements, following a consultation issued on 23 December 2021.
The response document can be downloaded here once you have logged in to the SEC website. The updated BMPPA Scheme and process for evaluation of DCC performance under the scheme are included as Annexes to the conclusions document.
