On 11th June 2018 BEIS consulted on a proposal to remove the transitional variation in paragraph 4(c)ii of the Secretary of State Direction of 1st February 2018 preventing the ordering of Dual Band Communications Hubs, given that DCC had confirmed that its Order Management System would be ready for such orders on 3rd July 2018.
The consultation closed on 25th June 2018. After taking into account the responses to the consultation, BEIS has issued its consultation conclusions and a direction which removes the transitional variation with effect from 3th July 2018.
