BEIS: DCC Letter of recommendation that the Requesting Party for the Middle Operating Capability (MOC) (MDS) cohort is closed down from 23 October 2022

Following publication of the DCC Response SMETS1 Conclusion – Revised Closure Date for MOC (MDS) yesterday, the DCC wrote to the Secretary of State on  30 September 2022 to recommend that the Requesting Party for the Middle Operating Capability (MOC) (MDS) cohort is closed down from 23 October 2022. A redacted copy of the letter is available here.

Please note that stakeholders can now raise any concerns with the recommendation directly with BEIS. Any stakeholder with concerns regarding end of Migrations for the MOC (MDS) cohort should contact BEIS via smets1_appeals@beis.gov.uk no later than 5pm on 7 October 2022.
