Today the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) published its response to the 9 July 2020 consultation on proposals for a Baseline Margin Project Performance Adjustment (BMPPA) Scheme for the Enduring Change of Supplier (ECoS) Arrangements. As part of the conclusion, a BMPPA Scheme has now been made by the Secretary of State under Schedule 1 of Condition 38 of the Smart Meter Communication Licence.
