How to provide your feedback
This year, we’re offering greater flexibility with a new online survey option alongside the traditional telephone interviews. You are invited to provide consent to take part in the survey by completing the online consent form by 5pm on 09 May 2025. We have partnered with DJS Research, an independent market research company, to handle the survey on our behalf.
We’re also incorporating effort scoring questions into the survey. These questions will help us identify areas where we can streamline processes and enhance efficiency. By combining both satisfaction and effort metrics we’ll gain a more comprehensive understanding of your experience, allowing us to improve both the quality of our services and your ease when interacting with them.
