Hello and welcome to this edition of the newsletter. Read on to find out how SECAS are working hard to digitalise our services, learn about updates to our Smart Landscape Releases Plan on a Page, and how you can respond to the Operational Metrics survey, which closes tomorrow. Enjoy!
Digitalisation Strategy Feedback
The SEC Panel invites SEC Parties to share their views on our Digitalisation Strategy, which can be found here. The strategy has been agreed by the SEC Panel in support of Ofgem’s desire, within the Retail Energy Code consultation, for industry codes to be digitalised.
The strategy will facilitate innovation to enhance how SEC Parties interact and engage with SECAS, by digitalising our services. CodeWorks is leading the way, with other options including videoconferencing and webinars to help keep you up to date with the SEC from any location. The SEC Panel is keen to hear your views on the strategy so please contact us with any questions or comments.
