What is the issue?

This modification proposes to make updates to the DCC Key Infrastructure (DCCKI) Certificate Policy (CP) and Registration Authority Policies and Procedures (RAPP) documents to bring it into alignment with current operational practice. This is to seek to avoid misunderstanding or confusion for SEC Parties reliant on the DCCKI Services.
