What is the issue?
SECMP0006 seeks to require Electricity Smart Metering Equipment (ESME) and Gas Smart Metering Equipment (GSME) to display a specified subset of digits in relation to their Consumption Registers, on their User Interfaces.

SECMP0006 proposes that Electricity Smart Metering Equipment (ESME) and Gas Smart Metering Equipment (GSME) will display a specified subset of digits in relation to their Consumption Registers, on their User Interfaces.
