On 3 December the DCC launched a consultation on how customers view their engagement with the organisation. It sets out ideas and seeks views as to how engagement can be improved, so that customers have a greater influence on decision-making in Smart DCC. You can find the consultation here.
The consultation looks in particular at:
- Principles of engagement;
- Proposed engagement initiatives from the DCC;
- Engagement around cost and price control;
- Having a range of engagement channels and how these would best work.
The consultation closes on 31 January 2019 and a formal response will be issued in March 2019. Responses should be sent to the following email address: Consultations@SmartDCC.co.uk.
The DCC is also offering the opportunity to give views through a face to face meeting or a phone call. Anyone wanting to use this route initially email the above address for arrangements to be made.
