Following DCC consultation, BEIS have issued a direction to re-designate the SVTAD for SMETS1 Services and approve a new MTAD, notably in support of alignment of migration and systems integration test approaches for future SMETS1 enrolment capability releases.

Additionally, MP087 ‘Correction to SEC Section G – User Responsibilities’ was implemented today, which encompasses changes to SEC Section G ‘User Responsibilities’.
November 2019 SEC Release date – Consequential TSAT changes
Consequential to the updated November 2019 SEC Release date to 29 November 2019, SEC Schedule 11 – ‘Technical Specifications Applicability Tables’ has been amended. Full details of the change of the November 2019 SEC Release date can be found on the About Releases page here.
