Following the Authority’s decision to approve SECMP0043 ‘Modification to Services Force Majeure Provisions’ SEC v6.11 came into effect today, 23 April 2019.
The sections of the SEC affected were:
- Section A ‘Definitions and Interpretation’
- Section H ‘DCC Services’
- Section M ‘General’
