SEC v5.15 came into effect on 25th May 2018 to deliver approved Modification Proposal SECMP0045 ‘Incorporation of the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations’. The following parts of the SEC have been amended by this modification:
- Section A ‘Definitions and Interpretation’
- Section I ‘Data Privacy’
- Section M ‘General’
- Appendix AG ‘Incident Management Policy’
