An updated version of the SEC came into effect on 27 January 2022 to implement MP191 ‘Extending CHTS v1.0 & v1.1 IVP and MVP end dates’.
MP191 extends the Installation Validity Period (IVP) and Maintenance Validity Period (MVP) end dates for Communications Hub Technical Specifications (CHTS) v1.0 by 12 months. These dates have been changed to 31 January 2023 and 28 February 2023 respectively. For CHTS v1.1 the IVP and MVP end dates have been extended by two years to 30 April 2024 and 31 May 2024 respectively.
