SEC Panel Elections – Call for Nominations

20 July 2020

23 September 2020 signals the end of term for those Panel Members serving a 24-month term. Thus, a number of vacancies will arise, including:

  • one person elected by the Large Supplier Parties
  • one person elected by the Small Supplier Parties
  • one person elected by the Electricity Network Parties
  • one person elected by the Other SEC Parties

The SEC Panel is responsible for managing the Smart Energy Code (SEC) and its prime objectives are to ensure that the SEC is managed in a way that is efficient, fair, and does not discriminate between Parties or classes of Parties. The SEC Panel provides all its members with the opportunity to agree recommendations from each of the SEC Sub-Committees, have a direct say on Industry matters, and steer the future of Smart Energy.
