The Privacy Controls Framework Version 2.11 has been published to the SEC Website. A clean and a change-tracked version of the PCF can be found here.
Updates include:
- A clarification in Appendix A on the requirements for notifying consumers of third-parties accessing Consumption data, in line with SEC Privacy Obligation I1.2; and
- A minor update to section 6.3.1 following User IPA experience of User Privacy Assessments and data sampling techniques.
