As agreed by the SEC Panel in February, and as part of our continued efforts to Listen, Learn and Improve, SECAS has invited SEC Parties to opt in to participate in the annual SECAS Customer Satisfaction Survey.
We welcome your thoughts, feedback and participation; your views will directly influence our services and how we support you as a SEC Party and the survey will only take 30 minutes to complete.
Subject to your consent to participate in the survey, SECAS will pass on your contact details securely to DJS Research, an independent market research company commissioned by SECAS. They will use your data to carry out the SECAS Customer Satisfaction Survey and report the findings.
To participate in the survey, please respond to the email invitation from the SECAS Helpdesk indicating your consent by close on Tuesday 31 March.
