Thank you to all who responded to the recent survey published by SECAS to review the operational metrics defined in the SEC that measure the performance of DCC services. The survey results have been analysed and highlighted the monitoring of in-life meter management and installations were top priorities for all Party types that responded. All results and feedback will now be taken forward for inclusion in the review process.
The project also comprises working with the DCC to conducting trialling of a number of new metrics with SEC Operations Group members. Feedback so far has been positive and has provided useful insight into the type of measure that is providing additional value to the Users.
As we enter the last few weeks of the project, we are focusing on the prioritisation of User requirements and evaluation of all the feedback received to generate recommendations and definitions for improvements. We plan to have a draft copy of the outcomes completed by mid-February which will be circulated to all Parties, and we invite you to review and provide feedback on our findings. Following the review, a final report containing our recommendations will be prepared and submitted to SEC Panel for approval.
